If you are applying by visiting the school, please fill out the application form and pay the issuance fee between 9:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. 3 working days from receipt of the application.

When applying by mail

If you want to receive your certificate by mail or PDF, please download the application form and apply by e-mail.
